This is exactly how shooters should have been for years!!!! You get lost in the VR! Beautiful game! Some breathtakingly awesome backgrounds! The weapon just feels like a weapon! Flawlessly putting rounds where you want them. You pull it up to use the sights and you read ammo Halo style on the weapon. The game makes your heart beat with fast paced action. Yeah it's not open world and maybe not the most original bad guys, but wow is it cool. Not a gimmick, it's the real deal. They've broken ground and I hope that others (please make Doom vr use this system and gun!) follow suit. Man. Worth every penny....

1st year Vr was cool, but got boring fast because of the stationary movement...this year!! Phenomenal...this shooter is super fun and intense!!! Yes but it! U will love it...watch out for the jumping spiders ...my daughter fell to the ground with fright!!!! Ha ha

I bought PS4 VR and Farpoint a few months ago and put it down after a few days of play. The accuracy of shooting with the normal remote control is about 10-20%, with this controller, I’d say it’s about 80-90% accurate. The game feels more natural and enjoyable now

This bundle includes Farpoint VR + the Aim controller. The Aim controller is well built and easy to use, with support from a variety of other games including Doom VFR, Arizona Sunshine, and the upcoming Bravo Team. Farpoint is a sci-fi shooter on a planet filled with spider monsters and aliens. The VR experience is very impressive, with a true sense of scale walking amidst caves, valleys, and structures. Especially with the Aim controller, which is visually mapped 1:1 on screen complete with holographic sights as you pull it up to your face to aim, the feeling is truly immersive.

The Aim controller is on point, Great tracking and it really brings you in the game. Farpoint is by far one of the best VR games I have played. The Aim doesn't look like much but it feels great fluid aiming and ease of navigation of your character. A must own.

The gun is not an attachment for the move controllers, it is a complete controller in and of itself. It is super accurate, and enjoyable to use. Solid, and worth the price. Plus, Farpoint is very enjoyable with the Aim controller and not as much fun without.

Having the aim gun style controller is a must for PSVR. And the fact that it comes with a really cool game is a huge bonus. Farpoint is an awesome, beautiful and immersive adventure. If you want to play virtual reality gaming on the PlayStation this might be the best one I’ve seen so far. You must however take your time acclimating yourself to the virtual reality because it really can cause an overload of your sensations. Do a little bit at first and then a little more and then a little more each time and you will build a tolerance for it. Good luck and enjoy.

Farpoint uses this accessory well. When you bring it up to your face you can see the target line up through the scope. Great for immersion. Only issue is that when I remove my left hand to scratch my nose, the hand stays on the gun in the game, haha

This game, along with the PSVR aim controller make the the first pesron shooter VR experience come alive. The game has tight controls and an interesting story also the aim controller can be used with many upcoming games making it a must have.

The Aim controller is a very well made and usable device, fun to use. And Farpoint is a great VR FPS game. Combined in one package, especially with the Gamer Club discount, this is a no-brainer for PSVR owners who need both.

I purchased the PSVR back on Black Friday and grabbed this game and gun to go with it and its worth the money. The game itself is pretty good but with the AIM controller it makes it addicting. Definitely recommend this.

The PSVR Aim Controller is what I'm really reviewing here. It's incredible and adds such a depth of realism not possible with the move controllers. I hope Sony decides to fully embrace the Aim controller in future games.

Bought this to try it out on the VR and now I am glad I did! You get so much into it that when I died in the game I actually fell back! Only problem is I felt extremely dizzy after half an hour but it was worth it.

Recently got psvr and picked up this shooter...great game and love the gunlike feel...cant wait for additional psvr games to hit so i can enjoy the aim controller...makes the game much more immersive and enjoyable

This game is such a great addition to PSVR, especially the gun bundle is such a great deal, Keep in mind that VR game are really difficult to make, the use up 2 cameras to render 2 different games into the one screen that give it that VR effect. This takes a lot of power from the systems, so do no go in comparing this to a full on AAA game that is not in VR. This is already pushing the limits of whats to come and what can only be better over time. For what we have now and Price this is perfect.

Best game on the PSVR. I've tried Eve, Battlezone, Thumper, Rez Infinite, Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes... and a few others. Definitely these are different genre. Farpoint is probably one of the first VR experiences where I really felt like I'm getting 100% my money's worth since it's really quite awesome to play. I'm not sensitive to VR sickness any more since Eve really did a number on my stomach. However, this game is awesome. The campaign is really enthralling and the PS Aim Controller is much more fun to use than the Move controllers. I'm really happy with the purchase. I honestly think this is probably the best experience you can have on PSVR if you like FPS's even more so.

Extremely fun and immersive game. The VR experience is onw that must be lived to be believed. The gun is accurate in the game and the thrill of aliens coming at you will keep you on the edge of your seat.

This review is for the aim controller itself.i have not played farpoint, but I did test the gun out on Doom VFR.it works perfectly fine and of course it really adds on to the emersive experience of psvr.

I bought this for myself, but I really haven’t had a chance to play with it because all my kids love it so much and have a hard time taking turns. It’s been a big hit in the family so a great buy.

The aim controller is well made with just the right amount of weight to give it a real feel. Easy to learn the buttons on the controller. Was hard to find the aim controller alone so spent the $20 extra and got the bundle with Farpoint. It was well worth the extra money. The game is a good first person shooter that makes you feel like you're in the game. The VR is immersive and the aim controller is great for this type of game. Would highly recommend.
