This product price is great. Unfortunately it was not compatible with my hp laptop. So I had to return it.

Ram is so-so at best. Not as fast as desired. Make sure you read your computer ram specs before buying. Just because it isn't great for my needs doesn't mean it's a bad item. May be perfect for you.

Been having trouble with the famous windows "blue screen" ever since I installed this ram. Will write this off as a bad investment and only buy corsair from now on

Recieved 2 bad sticks of the 4 I had gotten. Ended up finding out that they would not work properly in a Dell G5 laptop despite it supposedly being compatible.

The geek squad said that this memory would not function in my laptop because my laptop is too old (Inspiron 3793). Well, I purchased this laptop from Best Buy this past July 2020 so that is telling me Best Buy sold me an outdated laptop when I thought I was purchasing a new one. BTW, the Geek Squad tech initially told me that I purchased the correct memory later to tell me the memory would not work. This is why I gave this memory such a low score based on the Geek Squad @ Columbia Heights store in Washington, DC.

I had purchased a laptop a few years ago and foolishly assumed I could use the same RAM from my previous laptop, not thinking that the older laptop only used DDR3 RAM while the new one used DDR4. That is totally on me and I should have known better, and this product was ordered as soon as I realized my mistake. I ordered two of these to beef up my gaming laptop from 16GB to 32 GB, and three years later this additional RAM is still going strong after some fairly decent use. PNY is a decent brand that I'm sure I'll be using again in the future.

Was sold the wrong ram stick to upgrade my laptop by sales persons who did not know what they were talking about. Honestly ilinformed on products sold. Very disappointed. In last 2 months have had to return 3 items ( including the ram stick) because was told this is what I asked and for and was not what I needed.

Did not work on Laptop, even though GeekSquad recommended the module. Laptop would not recognize memory. Store would not accept return due to product being opened.

The image you have qas upsidown and I need the card for the second slot not the first

Didn't work and Geek Squad had no way to test. Returned and purchased another brand on Amazon

laptop memory works good in old laptop. was an upgrade

I put this in my gaming laptop because Windows has become really bloated and after about two years of this laptop the 8GB has become lacking unfortunately. I put this with my other rram and now I have 24 GB RAM total and it should be good for the next 10+ years of usage.

This product is good and I got it for best price I believe. Easy to install and good packaging. Best Buy was my favorite before and slowly others stores are getting better than BB. overall everything is good so far with the ram modules. I bought 4 and upgraded my both laptops. I want to make the purchase in store and I went there but not able to find and no help from employees. So I ordered online for pickup from store and finished shopping in neighboring shop and came back to pickup.
