    This stick of memory was used in an hp notebook that had 4 GB RAM in it. The machine only had one slot for memory so I had to dump the 4 GB to put in an 8 GB, Windows 10 now works a little quicker, next up is an SSD.

    I’m not a computer geek but wanted to upgrade my laptop during the Covid 19 lockdown. Purchased this online and picked it up same day at curbside delivery. Watched a couple videos online instructing me how to install the added memory and then went at it. This unit was installed in less than 30 minutes and now my computer seems twice as fast.

    I figured while I was upgrading my mid 2012 era ( really purchased it in 2015 ) hard drive with a zippier SATA, I might as well upgrade the memory to max factory specs too. Had no issues with matching current memory and no issues with laptop accepting it either. Pretty much seamless. Its all faster Im all happier

    I installed this in a Dell laptop that was about two years old. It is running Windows 10, and it had only 4GBs of RAM. This memory worked great to drop it right in, and the laptop performs much better now.
