To tell you the truth, I would have not gotten this 8gb memory card if it wasn't free with purchase. I would have gotten 16 or 32gb of memory just to hold more pictures. The way that my sony camera stores the pictures, has made this 8gb seem like a 16gb. It has over 1200 pics and about 30 min of video. I couldn't believe it.

I find 8 gig just the right size when I go on a trip. The card is fast enough to capture several shots in quick succession. Which the slower cards I have tried did not. I really like the product and will be buying more of them. They are priced so that I just keep the pictures on them and grab a new card for every time.

PNY consistently makes flash memory products of very high quality for their price point, which is, in turn, comparatively low. That said, there isn't much to say about an SD card. This is not the fastest card in terms of data transfer rate, so if you need a card for effortless HD video recording and/or very fast high-resolution still shots, you'll want a class 10 card, and you'll likely want something bigger than 8GB anyway. There is no discernible delay in image processing/storage when used in a Nikon D60 shooting RAW format (10MB files) or in any number of point-and-shoot cameras. This product was designed for interoperability and ease-of-use, and is both compatible and simple. I've also found that PNY cards can typically (but not always) sustain more read/write cycles than advertised, which is nice.

This is always a good choice for a camera card. I have used this brand for years. Never had a problem.

I got this free from best buy with my Sony WX300 purchase. (Thanks BB). Its plenty of space for the camera. I never fill it up. We transfer our pics to a seperate storage device so capacity is never an issue. Why spend more than you have to. Its works perfectly and backup your photos.

This card came with a new camera I purchased, so the value is great, but with only 8 GB I most likely won't use it except in backup/emergency situations.

Purchased this memory card as a back up solution for my DSLR camera. I mostly shoot action-sports photos and want to make sure that I have plenty of back up capacity since I frequently shoot photos in burst mode. I forgot to switch back to a larger card and had plenty of capacity on this 8gb card for several games. Great quality. Since this was on sale made it even better.

My Garmin GPS ran out of memory on the last map update. I found this card on Best Buy's web site. Really good price, free shipping, and a brand I had used before. It arrived in two days. I inserted it into the GPS. The map update went with no problem, and it works fine.
