This PNY 8 GB card is just right for me. I did not need more than this. I am a casual amature photographer. I take photos of whatever I find interesting at the moment.

I started to take team pictures for gymastics competitions. Thus card was just the ticket. It writes lightning fast; allowing me to snap a lot s of pics in sequence.

This card is good for lots of pictures, this card also lets me record videos of my children perfectly. I really like this memory card it has plenty of storage for me.

Use with my CANON POWERSHOT SX500 IS. 8G holds plenty of pictures and ample video. If you are making longer movies, you may want to go up to a 32G card.

PNY makes excellent memory devices! This holds over 1000 photos on my camera and writes data very quickly. I recommend this to all casual users!

Holds many photos without having to use another card. We used it in NYC for the first time & it did well without having to use another card.

I'm using it for my Canon Powershot. 8gb is plenty of space because you can always delete the pictures once you upload them on your computer.

Caught it on sale, I prefer the smaller Gig cards for photos since it takes so long to go through so many pics.

My GPS is an older model and can't store the newer maps. I needed an SD card to supplement the onboard memory and Best Buy had this 8GB card on sale. This should keep my GPS running smoothly for a long time.

The memory card is standard for the camera that I bought. But so far i still have enough storage space on the device. No complaints!
