Can't say enough good about this drive! My first experience with a SSD. Easy to install. Almost plug and play. Computer operates faster now than with motor-driven hard drive. Will only install SSDs in the future.

Easy to install and my mac definitely operates quickly and more smoothly.

This SSD is well priced and performs extremely well. I replaced a traditional hard disk with this SSD in a desktop running Windows. The performance of the computer was tremendously improved. A great way to upgrade your computer performance for a reasonable price.

I was able to buy this when it went on sale for USD59. I really didn't need it – I just thought I had an extra one one in case I were to build another computer. A few days later a friend of mine brought his laptop over and it was having problem with its hard drive so I went ahead and replaced his hard drive with this one. It is happily and very quickly running Windows 10 (automatic activation was without any problem) and it is big enough to have all his programs installed plus room for data. Thank you Best Buy for selling this at this price during the holiday break. His laptop now boots up very quickly, and shuts down very quickly, as well. It is almost like giving a new life to a computer.

Great product! If you have not experienced the speed of an SSD Hard Drive you will not be dissatisfied! This drive will make your computer boot faster (windows 7 boots in 8 sec) and open your applications faster. Internet speed increased substantially!

This was a great upgrade for my late-2011 MacBook Pro. The price was very competitive with other brands and I can see a noticeable difference in speed vs. my old HD. I am confident that this upgrade postponed my need to get a new laptop by a few years!

The perfect size and price for my private cloud application. It's price/performance is exactly what I needed. It sits in a network as an appliance reachable by PC, Tablet and Phone, it sits quietly (not spinning) holding my music, photos and movies.

this ws installed in a external case for backups and its the best thing i have ever done. it speeds up the computer so fast. i have no plans for spinning drives in my setup if i can get away from them, I'm going SSD drives for my storage solutions.

This is a basic ssd that I used to replace a hard drive in a laptop. Not sure how it compares with the glamour name ssd's, but for my use this ssd was more than adequate: fast boot up, plenty of space, great price when on the deal of the day, works! All I need for upgrading a laptop's speed. Not sure if it helps on the battery life much.

Great drive for the money. I bought this drive to replace a defective conventional drive in an Asus i3 laptop that is used for travelling and home multimedia use (internet, pictures, etc.). Windows 10 was installed with no problem. The laptop seems to have no issues with an SSD drive for both OS and applications with one exception: the cursor blinks every few seconds and I'm not sure. Boot time is really fast, application performance is a bit better than average keeping in mind that SSD drives are not necessarily the best option for recording or playing back large continuous file content such as videos or audio. If you need something fast for general use or file storage SSD is the way to go and this drive performs well.

I bought 3 of them. I installed openSUSE Linux on one of them. I installed Windows 7 on the other. The last one I installed windows 8 on. No issues on any of them and they are all very fast. no complaints. great price.

I replaced my HD with this one in an old laptop. The Windows 10 software does not recognize all of my HW, and the manufacturer does not have any updated drivers, but this drive is fast. Boots in under 5 seconds.

I purchased this SSD drive for my MacBook that is roughly 4 years old. Pairing this SSD with new ram turned my older MacBook into almost Brand new! Transferring of files was faster and the boot up time is great!

This SSD is very affordable and it is easy to install. It made a huge performance increase on my laptop. I would recommend this drive to anyone wanting to speed up their computer without spending a lot of money.

Put into my Dell XPS 15 (2nd gen intel core i5 and 6GB of RAM). Feels like an entirely new machine with a fresh install of Windows 10. Worth the upgrade and wouldn't think twice about doing it again.

Technologically not the fastest and greatest. However, this is the best value for money and a faster upgrade compared compared to traditional hard drive at a fraction of the cost.

I had to update my hard drive on my PC this was cheap. Very easy to install the unit i did have to have some help with the backing up of all my files then reloading them. I may have been able to do it but i took it to my IT guy had it done in an hour.

Probably not the fastest drive but it still boots my computer in about 70 seconds. That is about 4 times faster than the 7200 rpm drive it replaced. No errors or problems so far.
