Added speed to my Dell

The Dell had a 1Tb drive originally but was slowing down. Replacing the drive with this sped up performance. I will replace the drive with a 1Tb when the price drops but for now I will enjoy the speed. BTW the newer Dell computers in the same model come with solid state drives. DOH!

Great upgrade for more speed

It significantly increased the boot time and overall speed of the laptop I installed it in. I ended up purchasing 2 of these I was so impressed, putting the second in another laptop for my daughter. I highly recommend Solid State Drives for any laptop or PC upgrade.

2.5" 7200 rpm Hard Drive

Not only is it fast but, it is really quite! I was used to hearing the old 500GB drive that was in there clunking along but, this one makes all the difference.

Worth every penny!

This PNY SSD dramatically enhanced the speed of my PC. It is like a whole new computer. almost a virtual zero wait state and no wait shut downs too. I love it. You will not be sorry.

Compatible even with older Macs

This PNY CS1311 has the proper electronics to downgrade itself for use as 3G in 3G Macs as well as running at the full speed 6G in newer Macs (and PCs). Have bought many of these and never had an issue. Great product.

Replaced crashed hard drive

Best Buy suggested I replace it with a solid state drive and recommended the PNY. I'll only know it's true worth if it works and doesn't fail. So far, the PC is now much faster though the PNY has the same capacity as the failed drive.

You Need a SSD Now, Non-Negotiable

Recovery reset all, and replaced all hdd's with PNY SSD's. Unbelievable. Running Windows of a SSD is the best thing you can do to make your PC RIDICULOUSLY fast...I haven't even added ram on to the 4gb yet, but I will...lol
