The SSD is really fast, I have already had this device for a year and its still kicking strong! I have it on my PC as extra game storage, and the games load FAST on it, I have no cons on the device, since nearly all SSD's tell you how fast they really are, so you already know what you're getting.

I have an older computer which I'm fairly attached to and wanted to get a little more speed and boot up time. After installation in my duo core Dell inspiron 1720 my boot time decreased from 1.5 minutes to 16 seconds. That along was worth the purchase. Easy installation and I highly recommend.

Installing the Pny - Cs1311 480gb Internal Sata Iii Solid State Drive in my laptop was a huge improvement in speed. Well worth the time to install and move all the software and data. I figure purchasing this sold state drive extended the life of a three year old laptop another five years!

I opted for the PNY SSD over the Samsung EVO because the specs are so close. I previously purchased a ScanDisc 250GB SSD but I must say that the PNY 480GB is a better buy and it is faster than the ScanDisc. I think it is safe to say that only a few people would not be happy with this product.

Added this to my MacBook Late 2009 and has breathed new life into it. The installation was simple and the performance of the drive is noticeable! So noticeable I've been slowly replacing all my drive with SSD. I actually bought two of these. Great buy for a greater return in performance.

Replaced older MacBook Pro HD with the PNY SSD. Computer startup and program access went from abysmal to Woosh!

Purchased for my laptop and everything works great. Installation went seamlessly and I had my computer working with half an hour. Boot up times are significantly faster with apps faster as well. A SSD will not speed up internet speed but otherwise I am extremely happy.

I bought this drive along with a hard drive enclosure to plug into my "Xbox One". With Fallout 4 the load screens when jumping from place to place was killing me taking over a minute or so the further along in the game you are After installing this SSD and an enclosure I plugged it into the USB on the side of the "Xbox One" and then moved the game in xbox to the external drive. This cut the load time in half. I would defiantly suggest anyone do this to there "Xbox One"

great performance! My startup runs faster and shutdown in an instance. I got it at a very affordable price when it was on sale on one of BestBuy branch. Really a good deal indeed!!

Have an older lap top which seemed to constantly run the hard drive after booting up. Purchased this drive and used the software associated with the drive to clone the old onto the new drive. Process went off with out a hitch and now the laptop has a new lease on life!

I bought this to store my video and photos. This could also be used as a primary boot drive as well. I have another PNY SDD with Win 10 and my computer boots up in under 10 secs. Data transfer rate is excellent and I recommend this for large video or digital photos.

Well it's a SSD so if your looking for fast boot time, fast file opening, and overall a faster computer upgrade I would suggest one. Before the hard drive my computer took forever to load and opening a file took forever. This hard drive changed all that.

I actually meant to get a different brand, but this one was the same price and is performing well.

Decided to get rid of my conventional HDD & replace it with this SSD. Since I installed it, Windows 10 boots faster than ever! Everything loads super fast, and it's nice not to have that annoying HDD noise in the background every time I load a big file or program.

The SSD runs great. It has greatly improved my computer speed. My only complaint is that the instructions for how to install it and the software used to clone the original drive are severally lacking in details and leaves steps out that are necessary.

I have only had the drive a few weeks but so far it has been excellent. Installed in a Mac mini and it has increased the performance by magnitudes. This 2011 Mac mini is faster than when first purchased.

After I got my first one, I was immediately purchased 2 more. These work great, and a SSD is the way to go. I use these for all my program installations and a regular HDD for all my bulk data, make my computer so fast! I highly recommend.

Great little ssd drive for the money. Comes with a soft plate to keep from rattling as its a little thinner than standard drives.

This SSD is a great upgrade to any desktop or labtop. I installed this hard drive and cloned the operating system with no problems, and it was a Windows 10 machine. I used the Apricorn data transfer cable with the EZ Gig software, and had no issues.
