As the packet I received was wrapped around in slips, I could not see what was within the packet. On opening the seal, I found the USB drive badly pressed and beyond use.I reported to Bestbuy on email where I was advised to see the nearest store. On reporting to them in person, they said they cannot replace it and advised to contact PNY as they have warrantee for the product. On calling PNY, the response was poor. I was asked to leave my name, phone and message with a promise they would call back, which they never did.....! Very poor packaging and extremely depressing customer care service

I was searching for an item that would allow me to easily save photos, videos, etc from my iPad and iPhone so I could then delete them from the device to free up,storage space. But I wanted to be able to easily view the, from the flash drive when needed..... perfect decive. Just needed to download an app and it works as described. It does freeze every nice in awhile but I still appreciate the simple solution to my storage issue, especially for the price.

This is such an easy way to download and transfer pictures from my iphone to my computer. It also serves as a back up of my photos as well. I would recommend this product.

This jump drive is great for all your personal information and pictures that you have created. The progran that comes with it transfers your data to the jump drive easily. But does not copy anything you have on your device to the jump drive.. I bought the drive just for that to back up a program i wanted to back up in case of memory failure. Which has happened before. Talking to a member of the geek squad, he said this won't copy something that my be intellectual property of someone else. Like the program i wanted to save. I also wonder about songs i my buy if i would transfer them to the drive. I'm not sure , but i am disappointed that this program won't do that. After all i have the program on my device to begin with anyway ! I'm glad i got it on sale. The normal price is crazy.

This drive is one of the best drives I could find without having to order one online. The best part is that it doesn't need to be charged like some other drives. The app is a little tricky but once you get the hang of it, it is definitely user friendly and the files transfer relatively fast. I did a lot of research before making my purchase.

Used it to transfer my pictures and videos from my iPhone. Won't miss out on those moments where I can take pictures and record more videos. Since I have more space on my phone

Works great when it works. It hit or miss . But Have my pictures still. Just can’t always access without Wi-Fi

I have a 16G iPad and quickly ran out of space. I bought this device to obviously expand storage. Easy to install and download corresponding app. But when finished, there's no instructions or tips on how to use. Does it just "work" and you now use the device like its always had 128G? I still don't know. Any advice would be appreciated. I recommend only based on its potential.

Very small unit with great capacity. Perfect for mobile storage needs.

This is a good thumb drive, the problem is you can't use it without removing the protective case on the phone. If you have a lifeproof case, you know that isn't the easiest thing to do, and you don't want to have to remove your case every time you want to save something. It works if you only want to save files from time to time.

From all iPhone users who are picture hoarder to the person who invented this, Thank you!!! I did not know this existed till someone on Facebook told me. I immediately went and bought one. BEST decision I made. I LOVE how small it is that way you can use it anywhere. All you have to do is plug it in, download the app and you're all set. On the app you can see what is on the drive and phone. You can then make folders to organize your files and in my case pictures. You have the option to Copy the document and/or move and delete. Which is a huge help when you are trying to make space and move pictures from your phone to the drive. I love this products!

This does what it says it will. No less, no more. About the same price everywhere.

A great product for the I phone. My wife and I were getting messages about not having any more room for our pictures. We were able to upload them to this and then delete them off the phone and keep on taking pictures and video. It's also capable of a phone backup which I hope I never have to use. It takes some time but the App on the phone works well, with minimal trial and error on making storage files. It also makes the transfer of information to my PC for storage and viewing very easy too.

Bought this for my 85yr old Dad who likes to watch The Simpsons. No need to upload Vids or Pics to your iPad. Saving your memory space! Just download the App. Have videos that your iPad can play. When you plug it in just follow the instructions and you can watch or view what you have on the drive. I have all 28 seasons of The Simpsons on it. You can also transfer Vids and pics. Best part is you can also use it on a PC .

Carry tons of shows for the kids. Easily transferred to their iPad. Good for traveling.

Very happy with this product. Have used it several times it is flawless and makes my work much easier. I would recommend this to anyone who needs more space on your iPad

This is great for quickly moving photos and videos from my iPhone with not enough memory, to my computer! Great solution to those annoying "out of memory" messages.
