Good for what I need

This does the trick. It was froze a few times as I'm transferring items to it. It was quite frustrating but I've learned to do the transfers in smaller quantities, so if it does freeze, I don't lose a lot of time on it.

It’s worthless. Do not recommend wasting your money. Tried every online “solution” to a “T” and nothing works. No response from the customer service line either.
