    Having trouble downloading high definition footage(1080p-4K) although labeling claims it does. I’m very tech savvy but just can’t figure this one out. Maybe it’s just not compatible with my MacBook Pro.

    Started out fine but after saving files only a few times it no longer worked. Tried it on three different computers and all three gave error message and nothing could be found.. First time I've tried this brand. Back to the tried and true.

    The drive works fine, but the sliding cover is ridiculously stiff to the point where it is almost impossible to reclose the cover! What were they thinking when they designed this drive?

    My sister bought this to back up her 13,000 photos and it didn't take them all. We were told that it would. I'm not sure that a 3 star rating is fair because the proct performed as it should, it was the advice we were given that was bad.

    Average flash drive. Tried to reformat to Mac APFS, had difficulties, then went dead, would not even show up on my home screen, and could not eject.

    This flash drive is ok for small media storage like word documents and photos, but I can’t recommend for video or installing Linux/windows. The transfer speeds are really slow, even for usb 3.
