do not pay over 13 for this usb. you can find it cheap for 13 almost on any first party online store.

Maybe I just got a lemon but the write speed of this USB 3 flash drive only occasionally & briefly was any better than the SanDisk USB 2 ones I have. Read speeds sometimes were great; other times no better than for USB 2. Used with a 2012 iMac with USB 3 ports, BlackMagic Disk Speed Test confirmed what I was seeing in normal use: Write speeds varied from a respectable 32 GB/s down to 6 GB/s or less. Read speeds varied from a very impressive 160 GB/s down to 16 GB/s. I tried using it as originally formatted (FAT-32) & reformatted with a Mac-friendly HFS+ partition, but there was no improvement. I installed a fresh copy of OS X 10.9.3 on it to see how it would work as a boot disk, but while it would boot up OK, response was so slow that it was almost unusable -- actually worse than with a 32 GB SanDisk USB 2 flash drive! I gave it a "Good" rating for Value for Price only because I got it on sale for under $20. I will be returning it & getting a SanDisk Ultra as a replacement.

Got ~75MB/s read speed on Dell XPS 13, but only ~16MB/s write speed. Sleeve folds back in while inserting stick, have to hold the body carefully. Just barely worth the $10 I paid for this thing on sale.

Just the right size to create a new install bootable drive recovery media. Bought 5 due to the great sale price. First one was not fully recognized and unusable in 2 different computers in any USB port. Second one not recognized in a new Dell, but was in a home-built system. Since the plan was to use these for customer computers, failure rate is unacceptable, and will be returning them for a different solution from a different manufacturer.

Could be better. Decent for the price but was in a hurry.

I purchased this for school use - It's USELESS! I keep getting a message to "Please insert a disk into USB Drive.." Too late to return to store, since I purchased it before school started. I attempted to contact the company several times, but they never responded! Poor "Customer Service" + Unusable flash drive = Unacceptable! I would NOT recommend this, and I will not purchase their products in the future.

I would probably be o.k. with this for the price. But the plastic slide at least on mine is defective. There are two slots to lock drive in either the open or closed position. Once I opened mine for the first time I could no longer close it. The plastic is too thin to try and force it closed. I can still use the drive in the fully open position, just cannot close it for transport.

I tried to save 4 video clips that was approximately 15 gb in total memory and only one video clip was able to be save that was less than 3 gb. The other 3 clips said it was too large. I tried also tried a similar USB flash drive that was 128 gb and the same thing happen. This product is useless!

I bought this drive 4/24/15. Worked well for little over a year. And one day just stopped connecting to computer or media player. Completely dead. Luckily I didn't have any important files on it, but still annoying. Probably will not buy this brand again.

Used this drive to backup files on my old Win 7 PC. I had condirmation that my files were on the drive's directory. I could not get the files to be recognized on my new Win 10 PC. An attempt to repair failed. Disappointed, I have had great experience with Pony before.
