Even if I were far away from my own laptop, I know that I have this USB to store almost 5 years of photos for me! He was knowledgeable about different laptops and computers. If he didnt know the answer to one of my many questions he got it from others who were better versed in certain computers. He knew I was pretty much computer illiterate and took the time to show and explain things to me.

My system recognized it instantly. (No "mounting" or formatting required.). Of course, due to overhead, there's a bit less than 64gb actually available.
