    The cover slide moves back (open) too easily exposing the USB Plug. Given the sensitivity to static electricity discharge, the drive will become corrupt.

    I have never had a problem with PNY flash drives and for my limited use (storing photos) I find that just about any brand drive will work to store photos. Given this, price dictates which flash drive I purchase. PNY units usually are less expensive than there competition and I plan on using them in the future.
