    This product was not what I was looking for. I thought I could use it for password reset on my laptop because I forgot the login password. This product is not used for that purpose. I couldn't return for refund because the package was opened. What a waste of money for a senior citizen on a fixed income.

    I used it once. Had to drive back to Best Buy to ask how it opens. I had in-store geek squad install all documents from my laptop. When I got home, they weren't there! I'll have to call that "800# geek squad" person when I've got time. I wasn't a happy camper.

    I bought two flash drives. One has been working properly without any issues. The second flash drive worked perfectly the past 3 months but recently it has not worked correctly. The main issue is that my pc will sometimes recognize the flash drive and other times will not see it at all. Tried in different pc's with the same result. Will let you now what happens.
