Unreliable

Died after a couple months of use. Don't trust your important data to this device. It just started ejecting improperly on its own and corrupting data. I use flash drives on a daily basis and replace them annually. I thought this was going to be a good deal for 64GB of data for the price, but the data loss is much higher a price to pay. I won't do that again!

I purchased this drive on November 2nd. As of December 7th, the Drive is nonfunctional, and cannot be read in any of my many machines.
since I bought this to backup security footage in portable form, this is problematic in extreme.

Works on pc, but not Windows virtual computers

I've never had a problematic flash drive like this one- some campus computers are virtual and don't have an operating system- this PNY flash drive is not recognized by these virtual computers, although it works with my Surface. I even re-formatted it, but this didn't help. My old 2.0 flash drives work on the virtual machines without a problem- WT-?

I bought a 64gb drive & it's possibly the most horrible one in the pile. (I have 10-20 thumb drives laying around.) I run several computers, both PC and Mac & it's still easier to transfer files via thumb drive.
The PNY takes forever to format, is slower than any of my old USB2 drives and was unreadable on two occasions. If I were closer to the store I would have returned it. (The kid told me, don't rely on PNY. OTOH, I have a 10+ year old, aluminum 4gb on my key chain that is still going strong.
(Edit away. It's refreshing to tell the truth.)

Worked great but it failed after 25 days.
I tried plugging it in to 10 other computers and it will not come up for USB 2.0 and USB 3.0
Returning for warranty. Otherwise it was a good device. Must have got a defective one.

A floppy disk is faster than this. It might say USB 3.1 but in reality is more like USB 1.5

Can NOT Be Partitioned

The default partitioning on this drive has a single FAT32 partition which can not be changed. PNY has confirmed this on their FAQ page: "Can I partition my Attaché?
No, PNY does not currently support partitioning of the Attaché USB drive."

Had it for three weeks and it crapped out and I lost a weeks worth of data. Obviously I can't recommend it.
