Customers are saying

Customers find value in the GeForce RTX 5080's exceptional performance, quiet operation, and efficient temperature management. The card's robust build quality and overclocking potential are also appreciated. “Budget” 5080?

I see how expensive GPU’s and all PC parts have become lately but I will say, this is a great card. Paired with a modern processor and ram it is so refreshing. If you’ve also been putting off upgrading your PC this is definitely a great card for the price.

So far, so good. This card performs and overclocks as well as any other 5080 with similar cooling. It came with an "anti-sag" support but the card is so rigid it's not really needed due to the metal backplate. The only negative I can think of is all the big block text on the card, I could do without that. I didn't build this system around cosmetics though and it performs well.

OC ability. Extremely quiet. Didn't go over 67 degrees under heavy load. One of the two cards that are still at MSRP. Coming from a RTX 3080 I am getting about twice the frames.

Was skeptical grabbing this card, have never bought PNY before. Im usually a EVGA enjoyer. But this card has great thermals. Under full load 65c playing arc raiders. Kinda blew my mind how much money ive wasted buying name brand cards.

This item works great. Plugging it in to the PSU was hard and required a lot more force than normal but it runs great and runs everything you would expect at high frames.

My only regret buying this card when I did was that the founder's edition became available shortly after my purchase for the same price. I'll gladly spend a little extra for team green at MSRP any day of the week over the inflated prices of the other brand.

I recently upgraded to the PNY RTX 5080 and I’m pretty impressed overall. Right out of the box it feels like a serious step up—games at 4K resolution are running much smoother than my previous 4070! Sweet point between quality & price for the current gen GPU's!

First time building a PC and went with the PNY 5080 OC. Absolutely love the GPU, the performance, and how my build turned out. Best priced as well. No regrets!

This Card coming from a 3070 was like stepping through a Time Machine to the future! My FPS was constantly pegged at 180 in BF6 and Arc Raiders. Amazing card!

This card has honestly been great so far, runs super cold (it doesn't break 55c in most shooters and barely high 50s in 4k high setting games). Not sure why PNY has a weird rep but if** you are able to get your hands on this card you will not regret it. The only thing I have noticed is that it has a slight whirl sometimes but it is quite faint and isn't there all the time, if you are really sensitive to sounds from your pc you may notice it but I barely hear it even with no headphones on. It is quite a large card so make sure you got the room for it !

Lowest price 5080, and its still a beast, was really happy to get this, moving up from a 3070ti, has been awesome, especially for battlefield 6!

This card is a powerhouse! The only thing that would make it 5 stars for me is larger vram capacity. The super card is coming out at some point, but this should have started with more than 16Gb of VRAM. Other than the missing vram to be able to run superultrawide on demanding games it is an absolute beast! It is incredibly fast and handles pretty much every game maxed out. Assuming both at MSRP, I would definitely recommend this card above a 5070ti, which I had for a short time as well.

Finally a card at msrp value. Was looking for an upgrade and finally something that is reasonably price. Zero RGB which is a plus depending on personal preference. Comes with a magnetic gpu support stand. Runs reasonably cool at least for the games and resolution I play at. Only con is how "recessed" the 12Vhpwr connector is. This means you cant really use those 90 degree custom cables or purchase any 12Vhpwr monitoring devices. It is also a triple slot card which is kinda big considering most cards are 2 slot now.
