    I bought this to double my ram from 16gb to 32 gb. I had two 8gb sticks installed but added the 16gb in a third slot to increase the memory. It was easy to install and the PC detected the extra ram instantly. I would purchase again.

    This DIMM is not the same manufacture as what is in my desktop, but it has the same specs. Installed the DIMM, turned on the computer and it recognized it right away, no problems. Nice economical upgrade in RAM.
