Used one on my laptop and one in my desk top. I would buy the largest as an external drive.

Had this SSD for a while now. No problems here. Computers juat runs a lot faster.

Not ready to give up a Core 2 Duo desktop computer, I decided to take advantage of a gaming performance SSD to enhance the computer's performance and it paid off!

Bought this SSD as a replacement for the HDD in my new laptop. The performance has been great and it has been exactly as I expected so far.

It's been replaced by a working SSD. I'm sure some may have had good experiences with this product. I however will not be purchasing my hardware for my PC from BestBuy again.

First off, got this on sale today, awsome. I wanted to upgrade my drive cause windows updates took forever, not so much now. The drive was easy to install. I bought the cloning software from bestbuy as well. One thing i want to warn about, it says there is a spacer in the package, you NEED to buy a 2.5" drive holder. Theres nothing in the package for the drive to sit on and get screwed into the tower. Also, make sure you purchase a sata 3 cable as most computers only come attached wiht a sata 2 cable, even the newer ones. THis pc is only 4 months old.

I purchase this for my father for Christmas to upgrade the performance of his Desktop and it is a huge upgrade. Programs run much smoother and are quicker response. The boot time drop from about 1 min 45 seconds to about 15 seconds to boot up and be fully operational, no spinning wheel. I would recommend this SSD great product only now need to see how long it will last.

This thing is beautifully fast, bought it about a week ago and installed Windows 10 x64 on it and it boots up to desktop with everything loaded within 5 seconds!! (but my PC has high specs). I did benchmark this and it sure as has similar read/write speeds as advertised.

I installed this on a five year old Macbook pro. I had read the reviews that said it made an incredible difference but I was only expecting to get my macbook to run just a little faster. The reviews were correct, the difference is like having a new laptop. I used to avoid shutting down my macbook becaue it would take minutes to boot so I would only sleep it. Now, it does a cold start almost as fast as waking from sleep. This SSD made an amazing difference.

I got this to upgrade the 80gb standard hard drive in a gaming console and hasn't disappointed. Lightning fast boot up and response, system also runs considerably cooler npw.

It was a pretty fast and decent size ssd. Unfortunately mine has been having problems lately. My computer has been crashing and freezing randomly, and after testing, it turned out to be this SSD causing the problem. Now I had no problems with the SSD until recently, so I am sure I am an outlier in what is the usual case for this drive. However I will have to deduct some stars due to the problems I have had with it.

The box and specs state 560/455 but this drive is actually on 555/320 as stated on amazon. It would seem the PNY changed the box to fix the screw up in specs which is correct for the 480 drives but not this one. Instead of requesting a recall they left it on the market. Do no be fooled ALL of these drivers are 555/320 as I bought several both with the messed up box and a box with correct specs and found the same speed, model number, and firmeware. Also the UPC is the exact same...
