This is more psychological thriller than horror, with a suitably creepy 70's vibe. It starts off slowly as the characters develop and we learn more about the dynamics of this slightly dysfunctional family. Is Martin really crazy, or is he right? Government conspiracy to manipulate veterans, or alien invasion? This is quite dark but entertaining nevertheless, with some clever writing and plot twists thrown in as things are eventually explained. Despite the absence of any truly sympathetic characters, it was fun. Recommended.

First half of the movie is a sad intervention for a truly crazy brother by a disfunctional family. Then the truth is revealed but many loose ends are left. Not satisfying, slow, sad.

A little different than I expected going in, but worth the watch. More of a family psycho-drama and extended version of the X-files than a hard hitting Sci-Fi creature feature, but I enjoyed it. For an independent feature it was beautifully shot, well acted and toward the end pretty intense.
