Pokemon Sun is an excellent revival of the franchise. They abandon the traditional gym and badge process in favor of various trials and challenges. This is done to good effect. I would recommend this game to anyone, young or old, whom enjoys the Pokemon franchise or comparable RPGs.

Both Sun and Moon were great gifts for my young boys. They are hard to play but not to hard they really enjoyed them both

Kids love it, that's all that matters to me. Got both this and the compliment version so they can play against each other.

The last time I played a Gameboy Pokémon game was back in Gold/Silver so I had some quick learning to do. I liked all the new updates and items except for the fact that you are constantly enticed to pet and feed your Pokémon constantly. I'm not joking, it gets really old. The story line is pretty good and the battles are great. The last complaint I have is that if you go into the online area it is like trying to interact with something from a 2000 platform instead of 2016+.

And it went over Well, she has been enjoying it and keeps telling me to get a 3DS and the game so we can play together.

It was a good pokemon game with a good story, but wish it had more to it as well as the pokeradar for post game fun.

I bought this game for my son and my daughter because they really like Pokemon. And this game did not disappoint them.

Great addition to the series. Seems like they're running out of ideas with Pokémon, but gameplay is good. Recommended.

Pokemon Sun, the newest game in the main line of Pokemon games, is a fun addition that feels familiar while also providing a fresh and unique change in the traditional formula. The world is fun to explore, and many of the Pokemon have very interesting designs and abilities.

The core game hasn't changed much since the first games but these are all still high quality and fun experiences.

Another pokemon game thats awesome but repetitive and lack innovation but still fun so yes i would still recommend it

Pokemon interaction awesome but sometimes a bit tedious. Has a different format for gym battles than previous games.

It's a good game, it has a little different game play than former games but overall it's Pokémon and I like Pokémon

The legacy of great Pokemon games get even better with this great title. I bought this and moon and love them both.

Good game for all ages. Similar to all previous Pokémon games. Slightly updated graphics. Can be cheesy at times.

My son really wanted this for Christmas, and he has previously played it at his friends. Graphics are really good.

My nephew wanted it for Christmas. He likes it and playing the pokemon with his friends. It was a good christmas.

Purchased for one of our sons to play, also purchased the moon game for his brother so they swap back and forth.

bought this a Christmas gift for my 10 yr old son....I really don't know much about this game...but he loves it.

A nice change and some cool new Pokémon. Battles get a little annoying with enemies calling for help every turn.
