I purchased this for my son before a big road trip. It kept him entertained the whole time without him complaining of boredom. He has several other Pokémon games too.

Bought this for our daughter for Christmas. She's an avid gamer and Pokémon lover and has enjoyed playing this game very much. She's 28 so it appeals to all ages!

My son and daughter love this game! My 8-year old son completed Pokémon Moon and has put over a hundred hours into it. Even my 6-year old daughter is loving it.

Originally bought this for myself, but since I also bought Moon I let my nephew play this version and he loves playing it and doesn't require a lot of explaining.

This game is great for the franchise. It definitely utilizes the 3d visually,and surprisingly well with the system. I have a 2ds,and it works well with it too. It does have a frame rate drop with more than two Pokemon in a battle,so that is something to consider. Overall,it's a good, upbeat casual game.

I preordered this game to ensure I got in right at the start to experience it with the rest of the world. New animations really show what the 3ds is capable of!

Honestly I never get to spend enough time with the Pokemon games due to time. I always had a soft spot for their collecting and rpg elements. Kind of sad they got rid of gyms this time around, but applaud them for trying something new

The joy of Pokémon is back with the addition of Sun to the family. It is the same game dynamics with a new slate of Pokémon alongside some familiar classics.

Game was bought for my wife. She's been playing it non stop and really enjoys the improvements over the last game including the new island style atmosphere.

If you're tired of the same old "beat gyms and destroy evil organization" story, this might be a little more fun for you. I have two main gripes though: 1) no 3D, and 2) not many new pokemon. But given that there are now currently 801 pokemon in total, I don't really think (2) is a big problem.

This game is a welcomed twist to the Pokémon franchise. It for sure feels like a Pokémon game but there are new changes that make it a fresh experience.

This game is amazing they got rid of the hm moves so you no longer are forced to have moves on Pokemon you don't wont. Plus alola vulpix is only on sun.

I bought this game for my 12 year old. He is still playing the game three weeks later. He is very happy with the purchase. He also plays Pokemon Moon.
