Best Buy continues to be one of the better places to buy cards, staying at or close to MSRP - other larger chains are rapidly approaching $6 a pack. Especially if you manage to get their release booster boxes, which are usually 10-15$ cheaper than the next closest competitor.

Fun set, and price is 100% on par for what single-pack sleeved boosters should cost. Would buy again in a heartbeat. My one complaint is that they put stickers over each and every one of the four packs I had reserved for pick-up. They came off easily enough, but very disconcerting, especially if you're buying these for a sealed collection.

I love buying Pokemon cards. I bought a lot of these for my wife for Christmas and Valentine’s day. She loves opening these and collecting them. She gives our son and me the repeated cards. These are great for gifts for kids and adults. We are never too old for Pokemon cards!

I've been ripping packs of this set gunning for any of the alternate art works. Haven't found any thus far but its sure fun chasing for them. This set has a pretty harsh pull rate so be warned, but it just makes the rewards sweeter. Try your luck!

Have to catch them ALL. The thrill and fun plus the momentary delight of optimism of opening a new pack transcends generatons...then the disappointment sets in when my kid gets better cards than me. Good thing I know where he sleeps, plus I make more money than him, so I'll sneak off on lunch break to buy more. Take that. :P

it was a gift for my daughter. she loved it. i loved the fact that i do not have to pay price gouge rates at amazon. it is a shame that these are rationed to true product fans to avoid the price gouge folks from clearing the shelves.
