Duplicate tins

Clearly not random. More so frustrated with not getting a keepable tin & having to spend additional time returning the items.

Call center is a bunch of liars who waste time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I called what I thought was the store (online # for store) to ask specifically if they had the charizard tin in stock. The person on phone said yes, put the order in my card and sent a link to phone to buy it. It was the "styles may very" which i mentioned and again asked for clarification if this would be the charizard tin. He (Aroom?) put me on hold and came back and confirmed it's the charizard tin. I go to store, it is not this tin, they dont have the charizard tin in there when I looked around. Apparently the calls are outsourced to call center to someone who isn't even in the store unbeknownst to me. I thought the guy was looking to confirm the correct item when he put me on hold, but he wasnt. Called customer service / sales, the people didnt even understand English despite trying to convince me they understand what I'm saying yet continue to say things that are irrelevant to it. Asked to speak to supervisor 3x after finding out he didnt know what was going on and he refused and kept telling me he understands yet didnt.
