This product is extremely hard to get. People wait outside the stores 7 plus hours ahead of time to get it. I can’t believe a company like Best Buy can’t figure out a way to queue people up in person, in a fair manner, I will say, everytime I have gone, they’ve had the stock I expected and I am grateful for that. Not sure we need people sitting in chairs for 6 hours prior to a drop when it’s winter in the north east. One out of 3 times did I received a ripped seal, and it is what it is.

I absolutely love everything about this box. I bought it to rip, totally worth it. The pouch is adorable, the promo card is absolutely beautiful, the sleeves are super cute, and the actual box itself makes for great storage or even just as a display piece. The playmat is perfect as well, and totally useable as a mousepad! It is on my gaming setup. Lots of packs as well, it is super worth it AT MSRP!! AND ONLY AT MSRP. Do not ever buy this from resellers lol. Dont support scalpers

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Best Buy. I waited overnight and was fourth in line, only to be told that only one unit of the product was available. Later, I was informed that three units were available, but the rest had been allocated to “online orders” placed back in February 2025. After this confusing and frustrating experience, I was told I could place an order online. I did—only to be refunded the next day with no explanation. I made the effort to show up early in person, expecting fair availability. Instead, I was met with poor communication, a lack of transparency, and ultimately, no product. It’s incredibly disheartening to see others walk into the store and be offered options while I was left with nothing after waiting all night. I hope Best Buy reconsiders how it handles limited releases, especially for loyal customers who go out of their way to shop in-store. Clearer communication and fairer distribution would go a long way in restoring trust.

Was so happy to find this in your store. Great addition to my collection. Employees are always so friendly and ready to check us out at customer service as soon as the doors open.

Great product for under MSRP, usually sells for 250 and above but Best Buy is clutch!
