    I like the color of the sleeves and the box, the pulls were actually pretty good. But I think this set tops the other sets because Lugia is the main chase card and gives some excitement.

    The ETB that I got didn't really have any solid pulls in it. So the pull rates are lower than average. But the cards are really nice quality.
