Another great box for your mid-level Pokemon trainers! The Battle Academy is the best starter box. This now gives you a bunch of energy, booster packs, and damage dice (so much better than the little paper markers!). The sleeves are nice and the deck box is a good way to keep your other decks (or the new ones you build) organized.

Love the Dice! Handles the increased HP and damage done Pokemon V are like Pokemon EX because both are Basics and you get 2 prize cards when Knocking One out. Lots of Vs and other special cards. Trainers are not all that useful.

If you need some energy cards, damage counters and basics to start playing pokemon then this is a decent value. the packs are alright though

Honestly this is a great set to start Pokémon card collecting. I mean any booster box is . It comes with 8 packs of cards, dice, damage counters, collectible guide book showing all the Pokémon in the set. Card dividers, sleeve protectors and a 45 pack of additional energy cards along with the rule book on how to play.

I was looking for pokemon cards to give my son for his birthday and came across these. He couldn’t be happier and I was happy to. I don’t really know much about these cards but they look good quality at a great price.

Good product if you can get it on sale. The sleeves that are included are of decent quality as well which is nice.
