I`m not the biggest fans of fighting games, but I have to say that I had fun playing Pokken. The only thing missing is more characters and a customization options that aren't so bland.

As a fighting game, Pokken Tournament is quite different, allowing for two different types of play; a mostly projectile based field phase and a combo heavy duel phase. Both are fun and with some characters have more advantages in one phase than the other. The fighting mechanics are pretty solid and the game feels fluid. Online is mostly smooth if you have a stable internet connection. The biggest flaw I see in this game is that it may be difficult for children to find it appealing, as it's more complicated to play compared to the simple RPGs the Pokemon series is known for.

Pokken is an overall cool game though i imagine hard core fighting game players will skip this either because well, it is pokemon and it mechanics and combos are very advanced. The matchmaking is phenomenal as it is always quick at pretty much ANY time of day! I've done it from before 12pm mid afternoon and even late at night and the matches just keep on rolling. Single player mode is kinda meh with it being a grind fest to the top a the different battle leagues and the roster of combatants is really small considering the source material of pokemon which has over 700 of them. solid 4/5 and would recommend to any pokemon fan or casual fighter

A relatively simple fighting game based on the Pokémon universe. If you like smash it's a good fit. Somewhat lacking in a story but I'm honestly not surprised. Good time waster.

I adore the mechanics in this game. Fighting is tight and the while the selection of Pokemon is limited, they are some of the best available.

A great game amazing for all ages of pokemon fans. The only problem is that the roster is low out of 700 pokemon you have 14 you can choose from and only 2 to unlock.

I was skeptical at first, because the battles were so easy and I was progressing pretty fast, but as you go on and learn new moves and challenges more people it gets pretty tough! I love it, my one wish is that I would love it to be set up more like Super Smash Bros, and the list of Pokemon to choose from could be bigger. Also, something really cool would be to evolve Pokemon as you battle with them, currently you inly choose fully evolved Pokemon (with the exception of pikachu of course). But I love that each Pokemon has their own set of specialized moves. Very fun game!

Awesome game. Im a long time pokemon fan and this game is freaking sick. Dont think about it just buy it. It just needs more pokemon

What's not to like. Great fun with the friends and endless battles. Must have for the Pokemon fan and if you perfer fighting games!

A new way to have fun with your Pokemon. It provides a unique controlling fighting game where you shift between a gameplay where you toss projectiles in a 3d plan to a more traditional Street Fighter style 2d gameplay.

The game is great! its fun and all the characters play awesome. I just feel this is a mostly multiplayer game, and that the single player modes were not really fleshed out. Otherwise, I highly recommended the game, its a blast to play with friends.

It's fun for all, you don't have to be good at fighting games to pick this up. Anyone can play it, and play it with ease.

I purchased this game with very high expectations. The game play is good, but the lack of playable characters put me off.

Its one interesting fighter game based off Tekken if you haven't caught on. Very fun to play online, though the roster is a bit short.

My daughter and I really enjoy the game. It is a little repetitive at times, but still fun to play. Easy enough for a 4 year old.

Bought this for my son and he loves it. Pretty straight forward fighter, easy to pick up.
