Mediocre packaging

It only came in a flimsy envelope so I’m glad it made it intact.

cool if you can get one

They either A) never know about these and therefore dont give them out. or B) they just never get them period. so they cant give them our. or C) look at you all confused and dumb when you ask about them, cause they dont know anything about it "What, we sell pokemon cards? Promo card? We dont have anything to give out." idiots. or D) someone or someone(s) at these stores pocket them, and sell them on the secondary market

Best buy has always been good on shipping but i don’t understand why they would ship single cards by there self. No protection

Will not buy cards from Best Buy again

They just throw the card in an envelope with no protection so our very rare 2024 Pokemon Promo card came creased. Thanks for sending me a piece of trash in the mail because that's all it is now. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Will be writing Nintendo next to make sure they don't involve you again.

Best buy delivery sucks

I just received it and it’s damaged guys! I called Best Buy and they basically said nothing can be done about it. Soooo that sucks. And the collectors tin i ordered was all dented too:(

Damaged and a week late

Instead of shipping this in a box along with the cards I ordered you shipped it alone in a bubble mailer so it arrived bent in half and ruined. When I reached out to support they couldn’t help at all
