My son and I saw the deal on Pokemon day. Then rush over to my best buy near me. We got three purchases. Then we ask about the cards.... They said they didn't know about and ask someone else if they had them. They said no. Just come back on Wednesday. We came back same thing so we left. The 3rd time we came after the worker said in coming the following day. Same thing but this worker did look it on the computer. Still not in. Not happy.

They bent the card in half and slapped a big sticker on it. I immediately returned the item, this is a collectors item.. be better Best Buy, way too much competition out there to be acting like this. I genuinely believed in you.. Im gone for good. Good luck Best Buy.
