The visuals are gorgeous, the story is richer than ever, and the gameplay feels polished and modern. Mega Evolutions shine, exploration is fun, and the quality-of-life upgrades make this one of the smoothest Pokémon experiences to date. A must-play for any fan!

I’m really impressed with Pokémon Legends Z-A. The game runs beautifully on the Nintendo Switch — smooth performance, great visuals, and minimal loading times. The world feels alive and immersive, with plenty to explore and discover. The gameplay strikes a nice balance between classic Pokémon mechanics and the open-world freedom introduced in Legends: Arceus.
The graphics are vibrant, the soundtrack is excellent, and the story is engaging from start to finish. It’s clear that Game Freak has refined the formula to create something special here. Whether you’re a long-time Pokémon fan or new to the series, Pokémon Legends Z-A is absolutely worth playing.
Highly recommended!

This game is a great addtion to the series! Has a good refreshing feel in a single environment. I love the advacements to the new battlwle system and new mega evolutions.

This game is more focused battles than the last Legend's game, which focused more on exploration and catching mechanics. The battle mechanics follow some of the same, but follows more of a chill MOBA style. There are also no secondary abilities, which may not be everyone's cup of tea for more the VGC hungry players, but I think it's less overwhelming for the new and more casual players to memorize.
The story and characters are actually pretty well written and I even laughed out loud at some parts. Design wise, as mentioned, the game is more battle focused so a majority of the game's scenery looks fairly bland, but that's bit of a nitpick.
For what it is, I think it's pretty fun. My only main complaint is the price for both systems is FAR too high for a spinoff -- you will have to shell out even more if you want the DLC. (At least it's more engaging than Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's bonus content, so that's a plus, I suppose.)

Excellent innovation on the core series, the moving during battle and addition of plus moves as a form of mastery are great, the story is pretty good so far, not quite done there yet, but I’m loving the characterization! Runs much better than I thought it would, considering I’m running it on the OLED switch. Overall a great Pokémon game!
