This game was on my son’s Christmas list with high expectations. It’s wrapped under the tree so he hasn’t had a chance to play yet but he was really looking forward to it

Bought this for my girl who is a huge Pokemon fan, she's enjoyed the heck out of it and it's even gotten her back into playing Pokemon GO because the two link up.

Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! is a game that will just bring smiles to your face. Any fan of Pokémon should get pure joy from this experience but it also a great introduction to new players. There are a ton of trainer battles and seeing Pokémon run around the world is wonderful. The biggest note is in regards to the new catch mechanics versus battling wild Pokémon. It is reminiscent of Pokémon Go but not quite the same. It is streamlined and I feel in a good way. The addition of chaining catches to increase chances of better Pokémon, rarer Pokémon, and of course the ever sought after shinies can be a fun new task.

I played Pokemon yellow back in the Gameboy Color days, and it is pretty much the same game with new graphics and features. For Pokemon fans, this is a very good game.

If you own a switch and you are a fan of the Pokemon game franchise I suggest you pick up this game. It is super fun and you will get our money worth in entertainment.

It’s been a lot of fun to revisit the original game with modern graphics. I didn’t mind the new control systems either. All around a solid entry in the franchise.

I got this game for my best friend and I to play on the Nintendo switch. It’s incredible. We both grew up on Pokémon and this was a new way to play and so much fun.

this game, like it's sister Let's Go Pikachu, are remakes of the original games, particularly Yellow where you start with Pikachu (or Eevee) and face Jessie and James. There are some differences, most notably when docked you use motion control to throw the ball, and Pokemon appear in the world rather than hidden in the grass (which is amazing to me), Alola forms, and the physical/special split.
the original characters, Red and Blue (the basis for Ash and Gary Oak) appear as NPC characters you meet and you have new trainers to play as.

I bought the Pikachu edition for myself. Loved it by the way. The Eevee version was for my nephew. He said he was most excited for this game out of all his presents

Worth it just to re-explore the Kanto region from the original Pokemon Red and Blue days. Gameplay is about the same though capturing mechanics changed.
