Pokemon Sun and Moon comprise the best generation of the Pokemon franchise yet. The world is alive and feels lived in, and the changes to the usual formula are for the better.

My daughter wanted these for Christmas. She was willing to choose only one but since the combo pack for both were at a discount I decided it was worth buying the two together.

Purchased this for my younger brother. Originally was only gonna buy pokémon sun but the best buy employee informed me it was only $10 more for both so I got the last one.

At first the loss of gym battles may seem like a pretty big removal, but these are some of the most exciting main series Pokémon titles available. The focus remains battling of course, but the games add a lot of features to really make you feel like you're exploring a Pokémon world. Plus tons of cool new Pokémon designs and characters. Check this one out!

Never a disappointment. Things I like about Pokemon is part of the adventure. Island challenge is fun. Similar enough to other pokemon games to not allienate me.

as these are x-mas gifts, but I can tell you that the anticipation that these games "might" be under the tree is through the roof. My kids are just certain that they were nice enough this year, only a week to go. Hopefully, I can update this later. Their only other exposure to this franchise (gamewise) is Pokemon X and Y, and they love those.

Fans of Pokémon will love this game. The setting and style along with the classic gameplay really makes it a great holiday present for newcomers and veterans.

Totally worth buying if you want both games. The extra Pokeballs helps too. Fun, great, and good for the kids with some dark humor deep inside for adults.

I got the dual pack for both of my kids. Daughter wanted moon and my son wanted sun. He loves Pokémon so much. He has played continually since we got it.

With the new Pokémon games, they've changed up the way leading up to becoming Champion! Now instead of just going from gym to gym, you face Trials.

It's an excellent game fitting right with the Pokémon Go fever. Kids were waiting for this for a long time and are now very happy to have it.

For the Pokémon player that simply wants to see (or obtain) the exclusives per version in one package. Additional Pokéballs are given through a code and can be helpful within the game. The game itself is Pokémon with new critters, sights, and mechanics. Not a bad game to get if the 3ds library is lacking.
