Thoroughly enjoyed the product, but feel like with most Pokémon card products at most retailers. Accessibility could be improved, to make the purchase less of a scramble to purchase.

Arrived damage. Best Buy did nothing to replace the damaged product. Very disappointing.

I bought this ETB as this was one I was missing for my sealed collection. When it finally arrived, it was heavily damaged. Now I know what you're thinking. "Its not bestbuys fault for shipping damages". Well it kind of is when there is no additional protection within the shipping box, just the ETB and an empty box 3 sizes too big. So it was able to toss around while in transit. Terrible experience.

either best buy or fedex lost this and no one is helping to actually get the item out to me. THIS item is heavily scalped and for them to lose it and say "we will just refund" NO, make it right and when you get one in hold it for me and send it out. I paid msrp, and its worth is double that if I wanted to buy one otherwise due to scalping. FIX THIS PLEASE

Another great set and my favorite Base Set in a long time! Great promo cards as well, especially the Riolu
