These lights are so very useful, especially for a beginner in the drone hobby. They make the Solo easier to see and make it easier to see the orientation of the drone in flight. They are super easy to install, no tools needed.

Night flying? Sure!!! Eliminating your subject with these lights, not so much.... flight time reduction? Maybe a min... not noticable flight time is so short already!!! Lol

Very bright. Easy to install. Solder on connection wires are not for durability. Be careful. Will not easily fit into 3dr Solo Backpack when lights are installed. You either have to trim out the case or remove the lights.

The Polarpro lights make the solo much easier to see during daylight and assist in helping you know the orientation of the drone. This is very important to the novice and experienced pilot. They install in just a minute and can be removed for storage in just the same amount of time. This is one of my favorite and appreciated upgrades to the Solo.
