I bought this for two reasons. It was on deep discount. It is a Polk product.
I will echo another reviewer. Another reviewer mentioned the quality of construction. I have had no problems so far. But the cords are very lightweight. Seems Polk would want to build in better materials.
The mid and high are nice. There is almost no low end. My suggestion is to spend less and purchase Skull Candy. My Skull headset just keeps on working more than two years after purchase and I have used (and possibly abused) this set more than I thought possible. Skull Candy is simply a great value.
My advice? Save your money, even at clearance price, and purchase a better value.

Great, Crystal clear sound, but not nearly loud enough......maybe that's why they were 50% off. I think my Yurbuds actually sound better, and with more bass....therefore a better value.....plus they're sweat-proof.

I wanted to replace my famous smartphone-brand earbuds with a pair that had move premium sound. After reading reviews, this seemed to be the model for me. They are nice looking. But the tinny sound they produce was almost free of bass, so this was not the model for me and I returned them right away. If you like tinny sound, this might be the model for you.

I am not an audiophile. These earbuds sound great to me for both music and dialog (watching movies). I could not comment about the bass, or the highs and lows. The noise cancellation is very good. Comparing these to other earbuds I have owned, the sound is wonderful.

Best Earbuds in thier range

So this is the newest pair of headphones to add to my collection. I'm a bit of an audiophile. I have around 30 pairs of over the ear headphones and earbuds. Mostly earbuds due to sports. Some of my best are my AKG Q701's and Sennheiser HD598's. As for earbuds though I already own polks ultrafit headphones and those though good for sports aren't exactly great SQ. These for earbuds to me are the best that ive come across for in ear headphones. The sound quality for what they are is really impressive. I hear notes that I only hear on my larger cans. The tone is wonderful plus they are lightweight and very small. Good enough low end for hip hop and rap yet wonderful clarity in the highs. Theres a bit of a peak in what seams to be the 10k and 11k hz range but honestly I don't notice that much because I'm to floored by how well they cancel out the world around me.
