Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m upgrading slowly from a box set of speakers and I like the sound quality on these the bass and audio are clear and add a lot to my movie watching now it’s a huge improvement over what i had. The speakers themselves are pretty heavy and are a little larger than expected but were easily placed overall these are a good set

Sound is excellent for music and videos. Even without a subwoofer attached sound was better than previous setup (Klipsch Promedia 2.1, which has a subwoofer). Size is perfect for desktop.

Was able to read others' reviews on this and other products, as well as an video/audio of the speakers in use. Although my computer speakers aren't the best, the sound came through quite clean and crisp. I purchased the Polk speakers, easy setup, and am very happy with the sound.

Great speakers for a stereo or surround speakers

I replaced them with these Polk 5 1/4 speakers to accompany my 10 inch Polk subwoofer. The 5 1/4s sound fantastic. Clear crisp highs and warm natural midrange. I am very happy with these speakers and would recommend them to anyone contemplating a new speaker purchase.

Even better than a few of the twice the price models. I needed something small and inexpensive and these fit the bill.

I use them as my rear surround speakers on my home entertainment system. I also have a pair as my main speakers in the garage and you can't beat them for the size and price.
