The phone is well designed and easy to and use. The sound capture was above the advertised. We have found the phone to do it's job quite well in it's use.

I purchased this for business purposes and it does what it is intended to do. I wish it came with a protective case for when it is not in use.

excellent quality and price would definitely recommend

We purchaed this to enable off site participation in meetings at our office. When the unit arrived and we connected it, we could not get a dialtone. After reviewing the paperwork and calling tech support, we determined it is because we have digital T2 telephone lines serving our office building and the unit works only on older style analog lines. We had to call our phone system provider and eventually got analog capabilites on the line, but the service costs were about double the price of this unit (therefore the two star ranking on value). Not sure I would buy again in light of that, but the unit does work great. We have a HUGE boardroom talbe (seats 18 easily) and you can hear conversations form anywhere in the room.
