    I set up the Popl on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and was unable to get it to work. I contacted their tech support because the QR code was working for my account with them but not the device. They were unable to get it working and asked me to use three phones to get a video of it not working. At this point, I returned the item because there would be no point. If I can't use it on a majority of phones the product is not ready for release.
