It probably broke from the attention this was getting from everyone, almost everyone who saw it wanted to turn the hat spinner. Anyways, giving it 5-stars because PopSocket’s customer service was awesome - within an hour of me submitting a request on their website and a few images, they followed up and I had a replacement within ~3 days. Really awesome how PopSockets stands behind their products.
