To attach the MagSafe PopGrip properly, you need a MagSafe case. You can also use the Magnetic Adapter Ring and adhere it to a non-MagSafe case to turn it into a MagSafe case—instructions on how to adhere the Magnetic Adapter Ring and MagSafe PopGrip should be on the packaging. It slide around, came off several times and was gooey everywhere. I need to order the case then purchase the pop socket again. Returned it.

Posted .Hi Wendy, You do not have an adhesive grip. Your PopGrip is MagSafe and it attaches to any MagSafe case. If you do not have a MagSafe case please use the magnetic adapter ring that came with it and it converts a non MagSafe case into a MagSafe case. Let us know if you have any other questions. That should not happen with normal wear and tear and if swapped correctly. To swap a PopGrip, close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want.
