The game was fun for my five year old. A little difficult for her at times but she enjoyed it. It's a little monotonous for an adult.
I would recommend this to a friend

Great co-op game with little penalty for failing

I have been playing this co-op with my 5-year-old-daughter, and she's having a lot of fun with it. She loves unlocking new costumes (especially any of the female avatars), and we have been working together to unlock all of the worlds you can play in. The various levels have some variety, but the gameplay itself gets rather repetitive. However, it is pretty easy to play, and if you lose all of your health, you respawn right away only losing some of your coins that you've collected (the coins are used for unlocking costumes and levels).

This is a second hand cd game that we bought, it was fun to play my kids love it
