Disk freezes on multiple systems

I ran a disk cleaner on my system, I also cleaned the disk with canned air, and tried again. It still froze. I brought the game to a friends house and it froze in the same place. The disk looks new with no scratches or obvious damage. It's frustrating to spend money on it and have it not work.

slow to start but great game overall
