Still one of the best opening levels ever created in a video game. However, if you didn't like the first two games.. I don't know how this would change your mind.

Bought this for a little bit of nostalgia and was not disappointed. This was better than I remember! Play this and then go play the new god of war!

Great game when it first came out. Great game with slightly better visuals now. Now that the price has dropped it’s a no brained to purchase.

If you haven't played God of War, you really should. This game is Awesome. It takes me back every time I play it. A must own for the collection.

This is just the original game with upscale resolution. That being said, the visuals are much cleaner and crisp than they were on the PS3.

I loved it when it originally came out and now it's even better. Grab this remastered version, a great addition to anyone's collection! You will not be disappointed.

Just bought this and uncharted Drake’s collection. Couldn’t decide so I bought both. Heard both was equally as good. Looking forward to playing both

This is an awesome climax to a legendary trilogy, its god of war, so you should know this game is full of chaotic, fast-paced, hack and slash combat.

This is a must have for God of War fans or hack and slash fans. One of my favorite games from the PS3 era. Now looks better in 1080p and 60fps. Highly recommend!

I loved the latest God of War so I’m buying everything there is in this franchise. I love these games!!!!

I do enjoy a good hack and slash game and God of War 3 was one of my favorites. I decided to buy the HD remake to relive those days hoping that maybe there would be a few new elements to the game but sadly it is just the basic game it was before. Same control scheme, same battles, same experiences, and no multiplayer. A co-op mode would have been lovely in an updated game with a horde mode type gameplay (but unlike Ascension because that game didn't do a good job at it). I would have given this game more stars if it wasn't for the fact that all they did was bump up the graphics. I feel like this game was made just to get nostalgic players to buy it. All in all it is still a great game but be wary if you want a new experience with God of War you have to wait for the next installment of the series.

Glad they remastered this game for PS4 as I never got the chance to play it on the ps3. Looks amazing!

As gorgeous as this game was I PS3, it's jaw dropping on PS4. The PS4 is severely lacking good old fashioned hack and slash fun, and this game delivers. A must buy.

The original GoW 3 was awesome for ps3, so how would it having better graphics be just as good if not better. A must play, especially if you are a fan of the series.

It's god of war 3 in beautiful new graphics. Honestly this is the best god of war game in my opinion.

I played this on PS 3 and the remaster for ps 4 just make it better great game and graphics even if you have this on the PS3 it's worth the buy for PS4.

Great game. A must play for this generation. Hopefully more sequels will come out in the near future.

The game was nonstop action. Picks up right after the second game and delivers exactly what you would expect from a God of war game. By far one of the best games ever.
