I was very disappointed when my 8 year old grandson told me the game I enclosed in his Easter basket did not work. I would expect that pre-owned games would be tested and certified to operate as designed. Not so! However, the best part about this whole scenario was that Best Buy readily, and without quibble, gave me a complete refund and I purchased the game NEW! I will never purchase pre-owned games again!
