Im so glad I was able to go back and play this now that I can play 360 games on the xbox one. Great story and great gameplay.

I was looking for a sci-fi action/strategy game and purchased Mass Effect to try it out. What a surprise! It is a great strategy game with a motion-picture feel to it. The graphics are outstanding and the characters are believable. As you work through the missions, you must engage in dialogs and embark on assignments to reach your objectives. Management of your resources is key to being successful as is paying attention to clues and details. I am looking forward to playing Mass Effect 2 and 3.

This game is a classic by now. The whole series is a must play! The only negative of this game are the times you have to explore uncharted planets but the rest of the missions and side missions are fun. The decision tree in this game was revolutionary and makes the player carefully consider their choices.

Glad the xbox one added backwards compatibility because now I get to play all these great games that I missed.

A really fun game that blends reality with some alternative reality concepts. It is good for hand eye coordination and makes you think on your feet. It is really important to watch your teammates as you play because what you do in the first game carries over to the second and third game. Each users experience will be different because of this and that is awesome.

This is one of the funnest games I've ever played. It started off very slow and i was tempted to put it down, but I'm glad I didn't. Once it picked up, the momentum didn't stop and it carried me to the end of the game. I bought this game in 2014, SEVERAL years after its release date and still enjoyed it like a new game. Its so much to enjoy in this game. If you're on the fence about picking it up, JUST DO IT.

This is the game that started the entire Mass Effect universe. I would recommend starting from here to get into the critically acclaimed Mass Effect 2.

It's not a full on RPG. And it's not an FPS. It's just not my thing. The story was a little too slow. The action was slow. I know a lot of people love this game. It was an inexpensive used copy so I thought I would try it. I couldn't bring myself to play through the whole story. I love Skyrim. I love Halo and Call of Duty. But this just didn't work for me. But I gave it 3 stars just because...I think it's a well build, well thought out game. It just doesn't fit my style. I prefer the silliness of Borderlands to Mass Effect.

This game is a must play, in fact everyone should play all 3 mass effects. They are a wonderful series.

The first game in a series. Your save carries over to the next game and your decisions effect the story line.

I've always enjoyed games where you get to choose your gear, skills, and teams. You will enjoy this one.

I have only played a few hours but so far this game seems pretty nice and I plan on finishing it. Buying it pre owned was no problem and saves a little bit of money. Plus, if anything if messed up, you can just bring it back

Great game, great series. Not quite as good as 2 and 3 but a must play if you want the whole Mass Effect experience.

This is the first in a three part series on Xbox 360 if your a fan of scifi and like RPG elements and f'ps this game is for you. I highly recommend this game.

Bought this game for my kid. Good game for a lie price. Want to check out the rest of the series.
