If you're a fan of the metal gear solid franchise, then you'll love 5. I've played all 4 previous MGS games and 5 has been the most polished, fun and enjoyable experience so far. Definitely worth the pick up.

Words simply cannot do this game justice. Having followed the Metal Gear series since the good ole Playstation one days, this is everything I've ever wanted out of the series plus more. tldr: i can't even.

my favorite rpg game since ps1 now is all new open world to discover collect all kind of things alot of missions to acomplish then extra bonus for get the secondary missions less words best game of a kind

Not completely stealth, not completely action. You can choose how you want to play it. Its got its quirks and some obvious fanservice thrown in but I still think it is one of the top 3 games of the year.

The gameplay is by far the best part of this game, So many ways to tackle an objective. Sadly it is not as story oriented as past games in the series. But it is the most fun to mess with. Get this game!

Game could not have been any better. I mean it created such an immersive experience for me and the gameplay was just amazing. I felt like this really gave me the option to do what ever I wanted

Any fan of the Metal Gear Solid franchise will love this game. Amazing graphics and fun gameplay. This will keep you busy for a while, and the online component adds some extra life to this game.

The graphics are outstanding! The open world and story make this a fun game to play. Highly recommended!

This game is lots of fun and done very well. It's a bit cheesy but I kind of enjoy that about it too. This title has made me go back and play the previous MGS titles to catch up on the story.

This is a fantastic game - if you are on the xbox one you won't regret this purchase. This is almost certainly Kojima's last work with Konami, and is an excellent direction for the series.

This game offers so many options and play styles that each time you play it feels like a different game. In a genre that is filling up with sandbox style games Metal Gear Solid 5 shines.

Honestly if you are reading this and on the fence about getting this game let me help you out by kicking that fence down and punching you in the face for waiting so long. GET THIS GAME!

Haven't played many MGS games but this one is great. Big open areas to expire and roam through to do various missions. Lots of variety and options to approach missions however you want.

Not a perfect game, but excellent in many ways. It's a game where you can tell there was meant to be more to it. Overall it does way more right than wrong. A must own for all systems.

One of the most engrossing game I've played. So much real world interaction, multiple ways to complete objective, Kojima's attention is stamped in so many small details. Tons of fun!

If you love adventure and open world you will love this game, This is my first metal gear solid game and i love it so far, you do not need to play any previous to understand the story

MGS V: The Phantom Pain is a great tactical espionage game. Very well put together and great gameplay. It's a game that requires patience and tactics to beat and is very challenging.

This is hands down the best MGS game. Open world, graphics are insane & I think i have been playing for 15 game hours since release date and it says 3% complete. which is awesome....

If you have been a fan of the series then this game is a must-buy. Amazing gameplay, storyline, graphics, sound, etc. MGS V: ground zeros was just a glimpse of what phantom pain is.
