Great idea for the Spike Lee movie in the MyCareer mode, but not implemented correctly. There are multiple parts that leave you with a decision and makes you think that you get to choose. But the game chooses for you. I would have loved to make the decision myself, but it isn't interactive. The rest of the game is great! Some small glitches every now and then, but still the same great 2K experience.

I have been playing the 2k NBA series for almost a decade now, and there has never been a more impressive, complete version than this one. My only issue is that I wish they would bring back the franchise mode from several years ago. My GM just doesn't offer the same flexibility.

Thais is the one game that is consistent each year. The commentary has been upgraded. Adding Kenny Smith was a nice touch. The presentation is still the truest. Graphics are much cleaner. Except for some of the cut scene interviews. There are occasional lip sync issues. Gameplay is almost identical to last year. So you can just pick up and play. A solid buy for NBA fans not just gamers.

My son purchased this game and says he enjoys playing it. Only complaint he has had was when he went to do a face scan for his player, it was not as easy to do as a game he has for his PS4. Tried several times before he was somewhat satisfied with the result. It didn't look as good as the image for his PS4 game, but he figured it was the best it could be. He would recommend the game.

I will say I love the game, the presentation and the My Career mode is great. However names that the game even pronounces and matches a current player is forbidden though it gives you the option to pick it. Apparently it's been a bug for years. Online play is much improved with 2K stepping up server capacity. Overall I would recommend it despite a couple hiccups.

This was my first basketball game to purchase and it has been a great game. I was trying to decide which basketball game to buy and after reading the reviews it looked like this one one better. It is a very fun game and I am very happy with my purchase.

I have been purchasing NBA for the past few years and couldn't wait until this was came out. It has lived up to the expectation and more. More great features, you feel like you are right in the middle, in the tv, in the program. Well worth the money.

This version of NBA 2K has a lot of different options for players to choose from. It's depth is pretty solid, even if you don't play online all the time. The game plays pretty smoothly for the most part and should suit your needs for an NBA game.

Between this and the EA title, you are better off with this one. Game plays smooth, plenty of options, mechanics are fairly easy to pick up and difficulty can be customized. Even non-basketball fan friends of mine love playing this game. Buy it.

Great gameplay, career mode is lacking but fun while it lasts

If you are looking for a realistic basketball game this is the one for you. Technology is pretty amazing, because many of the people in the game look just like their real life counterparts. Overall great game. It has a ton of cool features, but it also has a few glitches, like every game, luckily the developers have already fixed many of them.

2K gets this one right again. Producers of the best authentic basketball gameplay since year 2000. No other competition, forget about it. Love the little antics in the game. Helps for great gameplay experience. A must for sports gamers

This game is so awesome and realistic. The stars are accurate and game play is outstanding. It has everybody even the legends. My career mode is out of this world. This game is a must have for your collection. Go buy it now!

2K makes the best basketball games to date. Best graphics. However I have some cons. They made the game harder on lower difficulty that it gets so frustrating. Also, I hate that without Xbox live you cannot access your myplayer career mode. That feature shouldn't require online. Overall great game! Been a fan of 2K since 2011.

this spike lee joint directed game is by far the best NBA 2K game yet. i got it for my father in law and hes hasn't let down the controller yet. the graphics are so good it actually feels like i am watching a live game.

My son has all the NBA games for Xbox 360. When I bought him the Xbox One, this was the only game he asked for to go with it. He loves being able to play different games, like college, that you can on the Xbox One.
