I loved the original Punchout and Super Punchout. I was very excited about this game when it was announced. They made a great game, but some things end up being annoying. While the first game was mature, the second became a little more cartoony and childish, and this third iteration feels very childish, as if they are catering the game to 10 year olds. The controls are excellent. You can still play the game properly even if you do not have the nunchaku controller. The graphics are decent, cartoony, but overall good. It feels like the game is only about 80% to 85% polished, like they ran out of time for development. There are some excellent throwbacks to the original games, featuring remade scenes and most characters from both games return. It's a lot of fun with some excellent replayability, but it just doesn't have the same replay factor as the original games had. Those I could pickup and play anytime. This one, get tiring and boring, and I just don't feel like playing this as much.

The game was pre-own, but it was like new no scratches on the game,& the price real cheap.

This game caught my eye because I was a fan of punch out for the NES. It has a lot of material that reminiscent of the NES and SNES classic.

This game is a lot of fun as well as a great workout. One of the things I liked about it is, you can practice boxing your opponent without taking a lot of loses and you can still come back to the one you are working on at a later time. My teenage son seems to like it as well. I boxed for about 30 minutes and my arms were burning. I would highly recommend this game if you like a good workout and a challenging game.

The controller option is one of my favorite features of the game. The Wiimote and nunchuk can be used to fight an opponent like you would in Wii Sports boxing. The Wii balance board can also be added as a challenge for ducking and dodging. If you want to relive your childhood, or not feeling like a workout, just flip your controller for playing the way you always remember.
