This game if I had bought it at launch would have been my favorite launch game regardless of platform for the new generation of consoles. It's fantastic. Easily one of the more fun titles to hit recently. It really doesn't take itself too seriously and even breaks the fourth wall some which is neat.

Sunset Overdrive is a very unique game that's unlike any other shooter game I've ever played before. I enjoy the fluid movement controls & vivid explosions a lot! It's a nice switch up from your classic shooter game, that's for sure. I'm definitely looking forward to future titles from this series!

For the way this game was designed, it's more for your Upper elementary to Lower Middle School Age Range kid as the language is a bit of a concern so the expectations can be tempered by this standard. However, it's not much different than your usual everyday first person shooter games.

I love this game!!! Not only is it a blast to play but I bought it for the incredible price of $19.99 at a best buy 4 hour online sale. Plenty of carnage in this open world romp fest. The graphics are beyond what I had in mind for next generation. I'll be playing this game for a long while.

As soon as I started this game I knew I made a good choice in picking it up. My only complaint is the multiplayer. I wish there was an actual coop mode where you aren't competing against each other for kills and points. Other than that the game is fun, funny, and keeps you well entertained.

For some odd reason this game reminds me of when I purchased my original xbox combined with Jet Set Radio Future back in 2003. It is slightly similar to that game, for anyone who remembers that. Otherwise the game is unlike any other out there. The open world in itself is a blast to explore!

This game is different than the rest seeing as it is more cartoon like. Instead of focusing on how real they can make it look, they focused on game play and fun aspects of the game. Great if you like to shoot monsters, use tons of weapons and grind on every surface in sight Tony Hawk style.

This game made me laugh many times with it's gamer jokes. Your character knows they're in a video game so this causes a lot of humor. One draw back is you can't replay the awesome story once you beat it. You'll have to start a new character by deleting your current saved one.

This games unique quirky style makes it standout from other games. It is not a serious game and allows you to have fun in more then one way. There are awesome, unique weapons you get to use while grinding on rails all across the city. This game is even better with friends!

If you enjoy your open world games to be fast, frantic, self referential, and loaded with crazy weapons, characters and pop culture references then this is the game for you. I had a blast zipping around the city and really enjoyed the combat which features very unique weapons.

Great, fun game with just enough customization and skill required for the average gamer. It's funny too! Insomiac games really hit a homerun with this. I highly recommend it for those looking for lighthearted fun with not too much thinking required lol, a good change of pace

Sunset Overdrive is unlike any other game I've played. The customization of your character and weapons is so awesome. You also don't have to follow the story missions. You can go wherever you want and just blast away some zombie creature things! I highly recommend.

I have not played much but what I have seen so far is pretty good. The game can be highly addictive and some levels get on your nerves, but it's a joy to breathe a sigh of relief when you beat them, oh, so good. Best played while eating Doritos and sipping Mountain Dew.

Sunset Overdrive is deff. not your average zombie game. Crazy zombies, weapons and ways of getting around the map makes it very original. Grinding the buildings and power lines reminds me of the old skate games.

Its a little like Ratchet & Clank all grown up but more like a Grand Theft Auto on Speed and some other stuff. You're basically grinding, wall-running, flipping, flying and slamming to blow stuff up in crazy technicolor dream spew. Character is 100% customizable and new gear is added to your closet constantly. The weapons are just awesome. It's not just run and gun. You can fly planes and do so many other things. The story line is good. It stays interesting with characters coming and going. The coop is good fun with friends and the achievements, guns and collectibles transfer back and forth. That's a big deal.

At first I didn't like it because it just seemed overwhelming. But after I got the hang of it and a few upgrades, I really liked it. I also bought the season pass and played the DLC. The DLC is a little light, but fun. It is a good game with an extremely funny story.

Insomniac Games has made another awesome game and its exclusively only for the xbox one, so if your thinking of picking up an xbox one be sure to pickup this game. The game is over the top action/shooting with rail grinding and a traversal system that lets you climb and grind anywhere in the game,from the powerlines or grinding the edges of buildings while shooting at the monsters taking over the city thanks to an energy drink gone bad.... The game is a mix of dead rising meets jet set radio future(Minus the graffiti) & ratchet and clank, which makes for an awesome game everyone needs to play...

This game is criminally underrated. overall it has tight gameplay, solid graphics, good framerate with hardly any pop in. it didn't sell nearly what it should have, because this ones a keeper. one of the few games i bought a season pass for - that good.

Sunset Overdrive is excellent. The concept (shooter while on rails, you are constantly moving, never slowing down) is truly unique. It owes a lot to Ratchet and Clank (also from Insomniac) and everyone, fan of that series or not, should give it a try.

At first i was skeptical to get this game but after finally getting it, i was blown away at the ridiculously fun time that i have had playing this game. Overall the game is so ridiculous that makes it so funny and great. Well worth the money spent.
